My goal is to assist children and young adults in finding peace and resolution amidst life’s challenges and negative experiences. I specialize in Trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Behavioral problems. I offer both in person and TeleHealth appointments.

Consultation is key to unlocking your full potential as an EMDR therapist. Whether you are looking to become certified or you need to consult I may be a good fit. I specialize in working with children and young adults. I have experience in complex trauma, grief and dissociation as well. Consultations are held virtually.

I want to get to know you—the real you. I love incorporating your favorite music in session while sprinkling in some art if you prefer. I want you to feel safe and comfortable. I emphasize the importance of understanding our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, as this knowledge plays a crucial role in our daily lives. As a Certified EMDR therapist and an EMDRIA Consultant in Training, I am dedicated to fostering positive outcomes.
